Thank you for choosing T-shirt Don. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality custom products and exceptional customer service. Please review our updated Return & Cancellation Policy carefully.
Cancellation Policy
At T-shirt Don, we begin production immediately to ensure same-day shipping and quick turnaround times.
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
- If you wish to cancel, please email us at Wecare@tshirtdon.com within one (30) minutes of placing your order.
- We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests that are received before production begins.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Contact us within: 30 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 30 minutes of purchase
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom, personalized, or made-on-demand items
- Sale or discounted items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds)
- Items not in original condition (unless damaged during shipping)
Exception: If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace or refund it at no additional cost.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, please contact Wecare@tshirtdon.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Photos and a description of the defect or damage may be required for processing.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Special Orders (non-standard inventory items) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping, freight, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition received
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Refunds Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Gift Orders:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Important Notes:
- Do not send returns directly to the product manufacturer.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75.
- We are not responsible for lost or missing returns without proof of delivery.
Shipping Issues
Lost in Transit:
If your order is lost in transit, submit a claim within 4 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of reprinting and reshipping your order.
Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Didn't Receive It:
If tracking shows the package was delivered, but you haven't received it:
- Please check with neighbors, building security, or nearby locations.
- Contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
- T-shirt Don cannot replace items where tracking shows “Delivered.”
Returned to Sender:
Packages may be returned for reasons such as:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed customs clearance
If returned to us, we will contact you. New shipping charges will apply for resending.
Wrong Shipping Address Provided:
If you entered the wrong address, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs. If the package is not returned to us, a new order must be placed.
Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please email a photo to Wecare@tshirtdon.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
